Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within five work days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Czech post. As for bank account transfers we ship within the same period after the money arrives to our account.

CTM is small two man operated company and we have our regular jobs too so on occasion the shipping times may increase due various reasons. It does not happen very often but please be patient with us in those cases.

In case of bank wire transfer please send the money immediately. If the money does not arrive to our bank account within five work days, you will receive a reminder. If the money does not arrive to our account in five days after the reminder was sent your order will be cancelled.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.

We provide the tracking numbers on demand. We have been in the business for a few years already and as far as we remember only one item was lost. If you do not receive your order within two weeks please get in touch with us. We will supply you with the tracking number and together we can try and find where the order is. In case of an unusual delay we prefer to ship the items again and once the delayed order arrived to the customer, he simply does not accept that and the items are returned back to CTM without any extra costs.
